"I really like the Partners and had good working relationships with them as a moderator. I was struck by their commitment to the quality of the deliverables, as well as the quality of some of the more behind-the-scenes processes, like recruiting. Also, I knew they had a healthy pipeline of strategy consulting work, and that was an area I really wanted to get into."
TELL US ABOUT THE TIME WHERE YOU FELT YOU HAD the MOST IMPACT AT MAGNOLIA.
"We have a retainer-based consulting relationship with a client launching their first product. Patients in this category are desperate for treatment, and the client has a very limited marketing budget, so all the work we do for them is hugely important to them. The product recently got approved. Seeing the product approved and rolled out incorporating our recommendations was extremely gratifying."
WHAT HAS BEEN YOUR FAVORITE PROJECT TO DATE?
"We facilitated a War Gaming workshop for a large cross-functional client team in order to help them plan for a competitive entrant. We helped them generate and organize strategies and tactics to pursue, but what made the workshop a huge success was that we got the group to agree on which ideas to pursue while ensuring that everyone felt heard."
